A minimum of two (2) weld specimens for each machine using the welding procedure specifications (WPS) as established by the procuring activity per specification AMS 2681. The weld specimen and (WPS) shall be forwarded to the address listed below at least ten (10) weeks in advance of production welding. A certification shall be supplied with the initial production shipment indicating compliance to specification AMS 2681 and that all data is on file and available upon request. The certification shall include signature, date, and the title of responsible supplier representative, and specifically identify the shipment it relates to, for instance, by reference to the shipper number.
